For the last 17 years I have been working as a Lighting Cameraman, resulting so far in two award winning documentaries; an EMMY in 1999 for ‘The Phil’ ~ Best International Arts Documentary, and a Nat West EMMA in 2003 for, ‘The Hidden Jihad’ ~ Best Television Documentary.

Being highly versatile I have filmed on many diverse projects including crossing the Atlantic Ocean, filming in a Zero Gravity atmosphere, shooting in the Favelas on Brazil, to filming young children learning to throw a Viking axe.

Equally at home working closely with a team or left to my own resources I understand the need for a true empathy with the contributor and subject matter.

I am very experienced on all formats including the latest High Definition cameras and 3D.
