Karen Hensman has been in the field of Intellectual Property for 9 years and qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2007. Karen has worked both as an in-house Attorney and has spent the last 2 years in private practice thus giving her an extremely valuable wide range of experience which in turn gives her an understanding of Intellectual property from two very different viewpoints. Karen has worked with a wide range of Clients and works closely with many Overseas Attorney firms. Karen has a wide range of experience before the UK Trade Marks Registry, the Community Trade Mark Office (OHIM) and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO). Karen graduated from the University of the West of England in 1997 with a first class honours degree in Chemistry. Karen then moved into the field of Intellectual Property gaining the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary College in 2003.
