In the devastated world of 2055 a lone archivist (Pete Postlethwaite) sifts through historical footage from 2007 searching for clues. Why did humanity fail to save itself from global warming? Perhaps if he can assemble a digital broadcast he can tell future societies – if there are any – what happens when you exploit a planet and ignore blindingly obvious warning signs about climate change.
