If the words “Business Plan” makes you come out in a cold sweat, look for the nearest escape route, or yawn in boredom, then this short sharp training day is just for you.

Discover that business planning is not just something you do for the bank manager, but a really useful tool for any creative company (from larger marketing agencies to freelance photographers). Led by business coaching guru Michael Howes of Pilot Cottage and entrepreneur Neilson Kite this hands-on, practical day (no essays needed) gives you the tips, tricks and nuggets of successful planning for the future of your business in a fun way.

This event fully funded by the European Social Fund. However, we only receive our funding after the event has taken place, an initial deposit of £50 is needed to secure your booking.
