Creative England Opens In One Week

There’s just one week to go until Creative England starts operating, becoming the first agency to provide dedicated support to the content industries of Film, Television, Games, and Digital and Creative Services in the English regions outside London.
From 1 October, Creative England will receive Grant in Aid funds from the BFI to support the development of film in the English regions, and will also become the delegated authority for the distribution of National Lottery funds for film, via the BFI.
On Monday 3 October, Creative England will be announcing information about the transfer of Lottery-funded film activity from the Regional Screen Agencies to Creative England, as well as details about what new Creative England film funding will be available and who to contact to find out more.
