Despite The Recession... Neon Play Are Still Flying High
Neon Play have been operating for the last 10 months and since they launched they have hit several big milestones… They have been voted the 36th best developer in the world by the influential Pocket Gamer website… And not only that, they were in the top 3 in the UK, and the no.1 independent mobile developer in the UK!
Neon Play’s Paper Glider app became the 10 billionth app download from the App Store and the team have also hit 10 million app downloads in the last 10 months!
The firm have had a lot of coverage in recent months, including pieces from BBC News, BBC Points West, BBC Radio and ITV’s This Morning.The BBC News piece is about the UK games industry and will be on TV soon, so watch out for that!
Whilst most businesses are cutting back on staff, Neon Play are looking to expand and take on more staff. Which is why they spoke to students at Cirencester college, they have found that currently their aren’t many people out there who have had the training required.
