The South West is full of some of the most exciting and dynamic creative businesses in the UK. Alongside business sits a fantastic pool of hugely talented individuals, freelancers and contract staff that work across the digital, marketing, design, animation, TV production, publishing and PR sectors.

We know that sometimes finding great talent can be a costly and timely exercise.

Talent Retention, is a joint Bristol Media and South West RDA initiative to help creative companies find talent quickly and easily whilst assisting freelance and contract staff identify opportunities within the industry.

Talent Retention is open to everyone working within the creative industries across Bristol and Bath. The project is ending on 31st August 2010 so register and make use of the scheme as much as possible over the next month!
