The BBC Design Trainee Scheme supports the development of new entrant design skills in costume, make-up, interactive design and the art department. BBC Design Trainees represent some of the best new design talent in broadcasting. Past Trainees have achieved successful careers with the BBC and wider industry.

Design is a key aspect of any production. Costume, Make-up and Production Designers enable audiences to visualise stories, while Interactive Designers help users engage with multiplatform content. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects with experienced professionals and learn new skills.
