Rubberneck Design Limited is a recently formed creative design company based in Gloucester whose mission is to fulfill our customers’ needs from the simplest form of corporate identity right through to complex promotional requirements.

Our principle team members have worked with an enviable customer base ranging from sole traders right through to the largest multi-national blue chip companies. Initially we are looking for a small number of specialist companies who can offer supply only in the case of corporate and promotional apparel, stationary and smaller printed materials and the supply and fix of specialist items such as internal and external signage, shop, building and promotional image materials and vehicle graphics and wraps.

It is our intention to work with a small group of specialist suppliers ensuring a higher volume of work for each business partner, which should in turn provide us with a competitively priced supply chain. Because we are a sales and design company, our future expansion is not limited by what we can manufacture, but only by time constraints on the key personnel.

Directors:

The Creative Director is Paul Greenwood. Paul has extensive experience as a graphic designer with experience of the smallest to the largest projects. He is a University design graduate and he holds a BA Hons degree in Creative Design. Among his extensive portfolio of clients Paul has created work for Oldham Athletic Football Club and the local City and County Councils.

Our Sales Director is Mark Turley Green. Mark brings a wealth of experience with a diverse sales career spanning 25 years. His experience ranges from selling consumable products to the independent and multi-national retail trade, to business to business sales in the security trade, web site design and more recently, the creative design markets.

Chris Learmonth is our Operations Director. His role is to ensure the smooth running of the business including the day to day administration and accounting, liaising with suppliers, clients and professional advisors. He is a long in the tooth businessman with considerable experience in developing start up companies. He is both an experienced salesman and administrator with a career spanning 34 years in business.

How we formed:

Chris and Mark have known each other for 30 years having worked together in the 80’s as club DJ’s and then later on as representative agents for various companies in the equestrian and lifestyle clothing industry.

Paul and Mark have only recently worked together in the signage and print industry in Gloucester, but after 5 months realised they had formed a strong working relationship which encouraged them to move forward in both their careers by creating the partnership that is Rubberneck Design Ltd.

Quays Creative:

We realised that as a new start up business we would need some kind of office presence to enable us to invite clients to, to talk about design ideas. We were fortunate enough to come across Quays Creative and realised this would be the ideal starting point for our business.

Everyone at Quays Creative has made us feel comfortable and welcome which they also do with everyone who steps out of the lift when they reach level 4.
