Dave Aspinall Wins Branding Award
Thursday, 18 March saw the very glitzy annual Media Innovation Awards take place at the St. Mellions Resort in Saltash, Cornwall. The evening was introduced by Mark Hawkins, chairman of the Media Innovation Awards, and hosted by BBC Radio Devon presenter, David Fitzgerald.The award winners of the 15 categories were announced, and presented with trophies designed by Plymouth College of Art student Jodie Burns.
GMG’s very own Dave Aspinall beat off stiff competition to take home the award in the Branding category for his viral ad produced for Lowd and Klea. He celebrated in style along with over 200 creatives from across the region who attended the awards ceremony in the foggy but very plush St.Mellions Resort.
Lee Stephens, GMG Chair and Anna Krenkova, GMG Director also attended the awards ceremony to show their support for Dave who certainly received the most Woops when picking up his award from Roger Procter, Chairman of South West Design Forum.
