The South West Apprenticeship Company (SWAC)
Based on a successful Australian model, SWAC acts as the central point between apprentice, workplace and Training Provider by employing the apprentice directly in a similar way to a recruitment agency. This new system provides a low risk opportunity to all employers who have found it difficult to commit fully to an apprentice.
