GMG Welcomes New Project Director Geoff Foulkes
Geoff joined us here at The GMG this week, from theatrical distributor CinemaLive where he managed UK acquisitions and productions.
Geoff is an experienced media executive and producer. As Director of Acquisitions at media giant Warner Vision International Geoff developed and commissioned titles for DVD and broadcast distribution across a range of genres – music, drama, sport, and comedy.
His recent cinema production credits include Monty Python’s 40th Anniversary Show “Not The Messiah (he’s a very naughty boy)” for Sony Pictures and the West End production of the award winning Australian play “Holding The Man”. He developed and produced the long running “ITV at the Festivals” strand with the network and has produced numerous music videos and concert films for artists as varied as New Order, Spice Girls, Muse, & Mark Knopfler.
Geoff will oversee all aspects of the GMG with a particular brief to build on the commercial development of the organisation and its relationships with creative businesses across Gloucestershire and beyond.
