The meeting will help you identify legal issues which need to be addressed and resolved.

2. Dispute Resolution: Advise on all aspects of commercial disputes including debt collection, faulty supplies, defending claims brought against you, breach of contract and property disputes.

This includes standard terms and conditions, distribution arrangements, supply agreements, agency agreements, frame work contracts, heads of agreements, confidentiality agreements, subcontracts, and other contractual issues and formation of a company or LLP.

IT and e-commerce: Advise on IT and e-commerce issues including software development, website design and development agreements, software licensing, support and maintenance arrangements, setting up an e-commerce website, domain name disputes, putting in place terms and conditions and privacy policies on the website, and hosting arrangements.

5. Intellectual Property: Advise on trademarks, patents, copyright, design and passing-off issues. This includes preparation of confidential agreements, exploitation of intellectual property, assignment of intellectual property, licensing of intellectual property and any dispute regarding intellectual property.

6. Commercial Property: Advise on Commercial Property law such as the acquisition of a commercial property or the leasing of a commercial property.

7. Construction: Advise on all contentious and non-contentious legal issues
