Thursday, 10 December 2010 saw over 20 local creative companies attend the GMG “Export your way to success” event funded by SWScreen. Norris Myers OBE, Senior International Trade Adviser for Creative Industries gave a presentation on various schemes available from UKTI to help you to get started trading abroad. They boast an impressive contact list all over the world and can help to get in touch with stakeholders in your area of trading in most countries. They offer various funding schemes ranging from the Passport to Export programme to helping you to organise launch events at British embassy premises. They can contribute funds to flights, exhibition stands costs and much much more….
